# Mock Payout EDD Status [Sandbox Only]

> Simulates payout EDD status changes in the sandbox environment for testing your EDD flow.

  Use the DollarPe Mock Payout EDD Status endpoint to test my EDD approval/rejection flow in sandbox.

  Endpoint: PATCH /ren/api/v1/payout/edd/mock-status (sandbox only)

  Auth headers required on every request:

  * X-API-KEY: your API key
  * X-TIMESTAMP: current Unix time in seconds
  * X-SIGNATURE: Base64(HMAC-SHA256(X-API-KEY + X-TIMESTAMP + sortedJSONBody, apiSecret))

  Task: Write a test helper that:

  1. Accepts edd\_id and target\_status (APPROVED or REJECTED)
  2. Calls PATCH /ren/api/v1/payout/edd/mock-status
  3. Verifies the status change
  4. Used in integration tests to simulate the full EDD → retry payout quotation lifecycle
